Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

In the event of an Accidental Death or Dismemberment claim, please contact AIG' Accident and Health Claims Office by telephone (416-596-4005) during regular business hours or by fax (416-596-4067).

If a claim occurs during non-business hours, please contact AIG Travel Assist at 1-877-204-2017 (Toll Free) or collect call 1-715-295-9967 (Internal calls). AIG Travel Assist will contact the Accident & Health Claims Office on the next business day. The Claims Office will provide you with claim forms depending on the type of your accident claim.

You will need to make reference to the International Student Medical Plan, Policy Number BSC 9025730A, the college or learning institution in which you attend in Canada and indicate what type of claim is involved when you call. You will be contacted within 24 hours.
