Medical Insurance

Most healthcare providers will bill the Plan directly if you show them your Sun Life health card. If you are asked to pay for the service upfront, please ask the provider to phone Sun Life directly (1-888-206-9004) or, you may contact Sun Life and they will contact the provider to set up direct billing on your behalf.
